SOCIETY THREE HOME
Effective Date: 1 st January 2024
We offer 7 day returns on all purchases excluding furniture.
You will need to notify us and return your item within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original condition including any tags and packaging. We do not cover the cost of shipping your item back to us.
RETURNS
We will happily provide an exchange or credit note for your item under the following conditions:
Item must be in original condition and packaging with tags attached
Item must not be damaged, used, altered or washed
You must contact us before returning your item
Sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned
Refunds are only available for damaged and faulty items
Items purchased with a promotional code can be exchanged only.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind on custom orders
Once your custom order is placed we cannot offer a refund as each item is made to order
GIFT CARDS & PURCHASES MADE WITH GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards cannot be returned. Full price purchases made with Gift Cards can be exchanged only.
Sale item purchases made with Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or have a credit note issued.
EXCHANGES FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend you make a separate purchase for the new item once your return has been authorised. Alternatively, you can request your preferred exchanged item when requesting a return with us. Additional postage costs will apply.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your item has been damaged during transit, please contact us with a photograph of the damaged item immediately. We will either send you a replacement, offer a credit on your item if your item is out of stock or if you prefer a refund, the refund will be on the damaged item only (excluding freight).
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your damaged goods at hello@societythreehome.com.au.
