SHIPPING

Free Standard Shipping within Australia on orders over $150 AUD excluding heavy, large or bulky

items.

• Flat Rate Standard Domestic delivery on small items is $12.00 AUD.

• Express Rate Domestic delivery on small items is $18.00AUD.

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking

notification once your package has been dispatched.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

BULKY & OVERSIZED ITEMS

Bulky items include mirrors, artwork, baskets, rugs, lighting, furniture, pots, planters,

heavy vessels and more. If you wish to purchase a large, heavy or bulky item please contact us for a shipping quote prior to ordering. Once you have placed your order you will be obliged to pay for shipping . You will be sent a shipping invoice based on size, weight and delivery location within 24 hours if placed on a weekday. Please note that delivery to some areas, including WA and SA can take up to 4 weeks.

Once you have ordered online you will be obliged to pay for shipping.

If you choose to arrange your own courier or collect a larger piece of furniture yourself we do not accept responsibility for any damages that may occur after it has left us.

PRE-ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom and pre-orders are final and no refunds will be offered for change of mind. Lead times are an estimate only and are subject to change. We will endeavour to provide you with updates on your as we receive them.

IN STORE PICK UP

We offer instore pick up. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.

You can collect your order from Society Three Home, Bli Bli Hotel Complex, Tenancy 3, 310 David Low Way, Bli Bli Qld 4560.
